Terra Regio

Terra Regio is a regenerative housing prototype located on unplatted land in Caldwell County, Texas. Terrain
typically excluded from infrastructure, ownership, and regulation.

Rather than treating these exclusions as deficits, the project uses them as a framework for architectural,
legal, and material autonomy. Through off-grid infrastructure, community labour, and on-site clay production,
Terra Regio establishes a self-sufficient village rooted in the land itself.

Bricks and tiles are made on-site; toilets compost waste; solar microgrids power homes. These systems
replace speculative development with collective stewardship, reclaiming loopholes not for profit, but for
people.

Framed as a replicable model for universal free housing, TerraRegio repositions unregulated land as a site
for resilience, governance, and shared value.
